A large comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings and overlooks a front screened in porch perfect for dining, morning coffee or evening cocktails . A well equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, High End fixtures/finishes and European style cabinetry. The beautiful fenced back yard provides another outdoor gathering spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktails

The first floor living space has plenty of room. When you enter the living area, you’ll find a large seating area for 12 positioned around a 65” smart TV that also has a surround sound. The large dining area across from the living area comfortably seats 8. The kitchen bar seats 4.

The 1st Floor Master Suite offers a King Size Bed, a 55” smart TV and a en suite Master bathroom that features a tiled shower, separate soaking tub and a double vanity.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal), bikes, golf cart or car! Below are 4 of the most popular accesses:

Walton Dunes Beach Access: Located less than a mile West of Prominence.
This is unique in that there is no boardwalk to the beach. You just drop your stuff right in the sand. The parking is plentiful and very close to the access point.

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
